Should I go to sleep its 2:57 in the morning n im really tired but dont wanna sleep but im tired

If you don't want to sleep, try listening to relaxing noises, like asmr or nature sounds. You could also try; with parent permission; taking sleep medication. Another way is to turn your electronics off and laying in your bed for a while.
