    3y-6+6x+6-2=0

    So since you've gotta change 6x to 6y. so ...

    6 (3y+6+6-2=0)

    18y+36+36-12=0

    so get rid of 36.

    18y-12=0

    add 12 to both sides

    18y=12

    y=1.5
