R = 2x + 9y [ Given ]
When,
y = 3
R = 13
★ Substituting the values in the above equation
=> 13 = 2x + 9 * 3
=> 13 = 2x + 27
=> 13 - 27 = 2x
=> - 14 = 2x
=> x = - 14/2
=> x = - 7
