Explain how you can find the radius of a cylinder with a height of 10 in. and a volume of 385 in. 3. (Use = 3.14)

    The volume of the cylinder is simply the base iterated over the height.

    V = pi r^2 * h

    385 = 3.14 * 10 * r^2

    r ~ 3.5 in.
