3. The library has 38 boxes of new books to unpack. Each box has 61 books in it. The

librarian wants to know about how many total new books there are to unpack. Stacy

says there are about 2,400 books to unpack. Jean says there are about 2,318 books

to unpack. Who is correct and why. Explain your reasoning in detail.
