In science class students are determining the freezing temperatures of some substances. They tested peanut oil and salt water. They found that peanut oil freezes at 3.0°C and salt water freezes at - 2.6°C. There is a temperature range at which only one of these two substances will be frozen. For how many degrees will only one substance be frozen?
