jack collects sports cards. he keeps the cards in a binder. the binder has a total of 35 pages. each page holds 6 cards. if Jake has 90 cards in his book already, how many spaces for cards does he have left?

    35 pages multiplied by the number each page can hold (60) tells you how many total cards the book will fit.

    35 x 6 = 210 spaces for cards

    now if the guy has 90 cards, you subtract that to find how much space is left.

    210 spaces - 90 cards = 120 space left for more cards.
