Because the one in C could stand for one day or one week but we don't know. Since the word week is in the question then one has to stand for a week. But why is one smaller than or equal to x? That's what i don't get. So I would go for A. : D

The answer would be A. Because she can't work more than 15 hours but she can work 15 hours or less
