a semielliptic archway has a height of 15 feet at the center and a width of 50 feet. the 50 foot width consists of a two lane road. can a truck that is 12 feet high and 14 feet wide drive under the archway without going into the other lane?

    Height of 15 is bigger than the 12 feet truck. If the width is 50 feet, and is divided by two, we get a 25 foot lane road on each side. Since 14 feet wide is smaller than that ... I'm pretty sure it can fit under the archway and stay in it's own lane.
