Step-by-step explanation:
(x+10) * 2 = 2*x and 2*10
(2x) * 2 = 2*2x
2*x = 2x
2*10 = 20
2*2x = 4x
So now you have 2x+20+4x
Combine like terms - (2x+4x) = 6x
Then carry down what's left + 20, which equals
