Ok, so here you can do it a few different ways, and since I am the kind of person that does things to her logic, I will do it my way.

Ok, so here it is telling you that you are going to build a scale model of a building. Doesn't matter what kind of building. In this case, it's a restaurant. It tells you that your scale is 2.4
