total bags of chips = (12+9+9) = 30

corn : total

9:30

divide by 3 on each side

To solve it u will need to add 9+9+12 and it equal 30 so then u need the number of corn chips which is 9 so it will be 9:30 but u can simplify it to 3:10 and that is you answer.
