A right triangle is a triangle with one right angle 90 degree. The side opposite the right angle is called the "hypotenuse", and the other two sides are called the legs. The angles opposite the legs, by definition, are complementary. The Pythagorean Theorem states that in all right triangles, a^{2}+b^{2}=c^{2}.
