    x² + y² - 6x + 4y = 12

    x² - 6x + y² + 4y = 12

    x² - 2*3x + 3² - 3² + y² + 2*2y + 2² - 2² = 12

    (x-3) ² - 9 + (y+2) ² - 4 = 12

    (x-3) ² + (y+2) ² = 12 + 13

    (x-3) ² + (y+2) ² = 25

    (x-3) ² + (y+2) ² = 5²
