1) 4-8:2+3
when we simplify this first we solve for division
4 - (8:2) + 3
= 4 - (4) + 3
=3
the Answer is 3
2) [ (1+5) ·2-5]·2
= [ (6) x 2 - 5] x 2
= [12 - 5 ] x 2
= 7 x 2
= 14
the answer is 14
3) (1/2) 2-6 (2-2/3)
2 in 1/2 is cancelled with 2 and for the bracket (2-2/3), multiply 2 and 2/3 with 3 we get 6-2
= 2 - 6 (6 - 2)
= 2 - 6 (4)
= 2 - 24
= - 22
the answer is - 22
4) 4-16:4+4^2
= 4 - (16 / 4) + 4²
= 4 - (4) + 16
= 16
the answer is 16
