7 to the - 4 power x 7 to the 4 power

the answer is supposed to be one, i just dont know how to get to it

    The answer is 1

    So first you will multiply the terms with the same base by adding their exponents. Then solve the exponents. Then the only thing you will have left is 7 to the power of 0. Which equals 1
