    Hello.

    The answer is: A. a positive proper fraction has a numerator which is greater than or equal to the denominator.

    Its not B beacause in a proper fraction the numerater is greater then the denomitor like 5/3 its not C becasue ir there was a varible it could be 1x/10 and the x could be zero which would not make it a postive proper fration.
