Expresion that shows how to use the halving & doubling strategy to find 28 x 50

    easy peassy : the answer is 1400

    so you double the 50=100. Then you halve the 28=14. Then you multiply and it is a trailing zero so 14x100=1400 (or just add the two zeros in 100)
