    A parallelogram, by definition is a quadrilateral that has two sides that are parallel. From the statement above, given that the two sides are represented by the equations y = 2x+1 and y = - x + 3, then the two equations that can represent the two sides are the same - or as is. That would be y = 2x + 1 and y = - x + 3
