If a marker is 0.13 m long what is the links in milliliters

    Millimeter is a small part of meter (1/1000m). That means some number of meters is some larger number of millimeters (for length itself to be the same).

    0.13m = 0.13*1000mm = 130mm (multiplying or dividing by 10, 100, 1000 etc. is moving the dot)
