    4 1/7 = (4*7) + 1/7 = 29/7

    3 3/5 = (3*5) + 3/5 = 18/5

    29/7 * 18/5 = 29 * 18 / 7 * 5 = 522 / 35 = 14.91

    Simplified expression.

    4 x 3 1/2

    3 1/2 = (3*2) + 1/2 = 7/2

    4 * 7/2 = 4*7 / 2 = 28 / 2 = 14
