How do you find the slant height for Pythagorean theorem?

    A^2 + b^2 = c^2

    or

    (leg 1) ^2 + (leg 2) ^2 = (hypotenuse leg) ^2

    basically when you add the squares of the two shorter legs of the triangle, you get the hypotenuse squared.
