What is the GCD of (8,16)

    The GCD is the greatest number that can go into both numbers. So with that, the GCD is 8 because multiples of 8 are: 8, 16, 24. Since 8 can go into 8 and 8 can go into 16 that would be the GCD. I hope I explained this well!
