What is the value of digit in ten thousands spot when it's a zero? example: 601,099

    The value really is 0, but it makes the 601 thousands 601 instead of 61. It's difficult to explain really but it needs to be there even though the digit itself has no value.

    In words it's 6 hundred and 1 thousand, and ninety one.
