    -5x+y=16

    y=5x+16

    7x-6 (5x+16) = 19

    7x-30x-96=19

    -23x-96=19

    -23x = (19+96)

    -23x=115

    x = (115/-23)

    x=-5

    -5 (-5) + y=16

    25+y=16

    y = (16-25)

    y = - 9
