    5sin (x+tan^-1 (4/3)) = 5sinx*cos (tan^-1 (4/3)) + 5cosx*sin (tan^-1 (4/3))

    =5sinx * (3/5) + 5cosx * (4/5)

    =3sinx+4cosx
