Find the dimensions that produce the maximum floor area for a one-story house that is rectangular in shape and has a perimeter of 166 ft. round to the nearest hundredth, if necessary.

    The biggest area u can get is 41ft by 42ft as it still remains a rectangle and also adds up to 166ft as a perimeter (41+41+42+42 = 166)

    41*42 = 1722
