    For

    ax+by=c

    slope=-a/b

    we have

    -6x+1y=-4

    slope=-6/-1=6

    slope is 6

    yint is where x=0

    -6 (0) + y=-4

    0+y=-4

    y=-4

    yint is at y=-4 or (0,-4)
