The Great Pyramid was built in Egypt more than 4,000 years ago. It was built by King Khufu, or Cheops, who intended to use it as a tomb. The pyramid contains about 2,300,000 blocks of stone, each weighing 2 1⁄2 tons. Can you calculate the approximate total weight of the Great Pyramid, in pounds?

    It would be 920000 because if you divide 2300000 by 2 1/2 you get the answer of 920000
