Simplest form is just what it seems like it is, the simplest form. For example a fraction, maybe 3/6, can be simplified because it can be written as 1/2 but it's the same value. So basically it's just another way to write something with the same value, but it can't be simplified even further.

A fraction or an equivalent fraction in which the greatest common factor of the numerator and denominator is 1. In other words, a fraction in its simplest form is one that cannot be simplified any more.
