6 oranges = 60% 8 oranges = 80% Here is how you get the answer. Well first you need to change the whole number into a decimal. A percent is a number out of a hundred. So the decimal should be for 6 is 0.06 and the decimal for 8 is 0.08. Now you need to change the decimal into a percent. That is how 6 becomes 60% and 8 becomes 80%. 6/10=60%. 8/10=80%.
