1. John has 3 red markers and 5 blue markers. What is the probability that he picks a red marker, and then, without replacing it, selects another red marker?

2. Gina has 20 collector's stamps. 8 stamps are blue, 6 are red, and 5 have both colors. If a stamp is chosen at random, what is the probability that the stamp has a blue or red color on it?
