The area of a circle is represented by the formula pi * radius raised to the power of 2. The circumference of the circle meanwhile is equal to 2 pi * radius. when the both are equal: pi r^2 = 2 pi r. In this case, pi and r cancels our. Hence the radius is equal to 2 units.
