Take 29 divide by 35 = 0.82 turn it into a decimal since 100% = 1.00 so 0.82 = 82%

35 divided by 100 is 0.35. Multiply that by 29 and you get 10.15. So the answer is 10.15% or 10.2% or 10%. This is the long way of doing it, but it's the way I've always done it.
