I'm guessing you want the circumference and area of a circle that has a radius of 5 meters?
circumference = 2 * PI * r
circumference = 2 * PI * 5
circumference = 10 * PI = 31.14159 meters
area = PI * r^2
area = 3.14159 * 5^2
area = 3.14159 * 25
area = 78.53982 square meters
