The area of the sector formed by the 110 degree central angle is 40 units squared what is the radius

    To get the radius we proceed as follows:

    area=θ/360πr²

    area=40 sq. units

    θ=110°

    thus the value of r will be:

    40=110/360πr²

    r²=40 (110/360*π)

    r²=41.66966

    r=6.4552
