-120+134=14

You can solve it with the following method:
a+b=14
a=14-b
axb=-120
(14-b) b=-120 (replace the a value in terms of b found in the last step)
-b²+14b=-120
-b²+14b+120=0
using the quadratic equation you should get b = 20 and - 6
