    There are no solutions as when expanded out the brackets the 3x and the 3x cancel each other out.

    To show this,

    (/3) x+13/3 = x + 6 + 1/3

    x + 13/3 = x + 19/3

    x = x + 2

    which shows there are no solutions as x does not equal x
