    The answer is

    g' (x) = [f (x) / x ]' = f' (x) x - f (x) / x2

    g' (4) = [f (4) / 4]' = f' (4) 4 - f (4) / 4² = - 5x4) + 5 / 16 = - 15/16

    so g' (4) = - 15/16
