To tell if it is odd or even
if it is odd, when you replace x with - x, you get the negative of the function
basically f (-x) = - f (x)
if it is even, yo get the same value when replace x with - x
basically f (-x) = f (x)
so replace xwith - x
y = (-x) ^2-6
y=x^2-6
same thing
even
