Find the slope of a line that has an x-intercept of - 2 and a y-intercept of 6.

    X int of - 2 ... (-2,0)

    y int of 6 ... (0,6)

    slope = (y2 - y1) / (x2 - x1)

    slope = (6 - 0) / (0 - (-2)

    slope = 6/2

    slope = 3
