    X+10=30 I do it like this: x+10=30

    x = (-10 - 10)

    x = (0) 20

    X=20

    So in the expression you are adding 10 so the inverse of addition is subtraction so you subtract ten from ten to get rid of that. Then you do the same thing to the 30 therefore getting the answer 20 and the only thing you have left on the left is the X so X=20

    1) x+10=30

    -10 - 10

    x = 20

    2) I don't remeber

    3) depending on if it is positive or negative you would subtract of positive or add if the variable is negative the move it to the other side ex:

    2x + 45 = - x + 10

    +x + x =

    3x + 45 = 10

    4) 2 (x+4) - 10 = 12

    first minus the 10

    2 (x+4) = 2

    then multiply the 2

    2x + 8 = 2

    then subtract the 8

    2x = - 6

    divide both sides by 2 so that x is alone ... that's ur main goal

    x = - 3

    5) no solution means after you did a check and it doesn't work, and there's noistake it means it's a no solution. infinite solution means it has more than one answer
