Gym A charges 9 per hr

    Gym B charges 0.75 per 5 minutes ... 0.75/5 = 0.15 per minute ... 60 minutes in an hr ... 60 * 0.15 = 9 per hr

so Gym A and Gym B charge the same hourly rate
