What is the solution to the inequality + 4 ≤ 0?

    I assume you missed out the variable (I'll call it x), and meant:

    x + 4 ≤ 0.

    If that's the case, then the answer is:

    x ≤ - 4

    If you did mean + 4 ≤ 0, then the statement and therefore the answer is false.
