    There are 3 types of cost for this problem: the cost for the area covered by the tiles, cost for hourly labor and the sales tax.

    Cost of Area = (10.5 ft) (8 ft) ($4.75) = $399

    Cost of Hourly Labor = ($22/h) (7.5 h) = $165

    Sum = $399 + $165 = $564

    Cost of tax = $564 (0.08) = $45.12

    Total Cost = $564 + $45.12 = $609.12

    So, the amount of the bill is incorrect.
