7x-6y=42 find the slope of the line described by each equation

    Rearrange it into the "slope intercept form" of Y=mX + b, where m=slope and b=y-intercept

    -6y=42-7x

    y = (-7x/-6) + (42/-6)

    y = (7/6) x - 7

    slope is 7/6
