    3y - (4y + 19) = - 13;

    3y - 4y - 19 = - 13;

    - y - 19 = - 13;

    -y = 19 - 13;

    -y = 6;

    y = - 6;

    Then, x = 4 * ( - 6) + 19;

    x = - 24 + 19;

    x = - 5;

    The solution of the system is x = - 5 and y = - 6;
