What is the surface area of a cube with all sides 12 units, or the volume being 1,728 cubic units

    A cube has 6 sides.

    First take the surface area of one side, 144 (gotten from 12x12, length times width).

    Then multiply that by 6 for each side on the cube.

    144*6 = 864

    864 units squared,
