The perimeter of a square can be obtained by adding the length of each side. If the perimeter is 5.5 mm, the perimeter equals 22 mm. If the sides are dilated by a factor of 11, the new perimeter is (5.5mm+11) * 4 = 66 mm. This is the new perimeter after dilation
