    the first digit 5 equals 5 ten thousands

    the next digit 7 equals 7 thousands

    the next digit 7 equals 7 hundreds

    so the two sets of digits are as follows

    7 thousands is ten times greater than 7 hundreds

    and

    3 tens is ten times greater than 3 ones
